As the former CEO and President of Merfish Pipe & Supply, he transformed a small, family-run operation into a national distribution powerhouse. Under his leadership, the company grew exponentially, earning a reputation for operational excellence, strategic innovation, and outstanding customer service.
His approach to business was always centered on long-term thinking, strong relationships, and a commitment to integrity—values that align perfectly with the mission of Silver Fox Advisors.

After successfully leading Merfish Pipe & Supply for over four decades, Gerald now focuses on helping other entrepreneurs and executives find clarity, overcome challenges, and scale with confidence. White Award, the pinnacle annual award from the Jewish community for his work in that community and the greater community. Gerald is also a Senior Fellow of the American Leadership Forum and continues to give of himself by serving on the Board of the Houston ISD Foundation, and as the President of Promise Village Academy, a school in rural Tanzania that currently serves 237 severely impoverished Maasai children.
